SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping rates are for the USA unless stated otherwise. For all other countries, the exact shipping rates will be emailed to you for a confirmation before processing your order. For orders of two or more items, or orders outside of the USA, please Contact us.

Shipping and handling costs include postage, plus all packing material, art tube, and labor.

PAYMENT PROCESSING:
Credit Cards and Money-Orders are shipped within 48 hours after your payment is validated. Checks will be held until cleared at "our bank" (your bank will show the debit earlier), which is approximately 10 business days after our deposit, then processed and shipped accordingly. This should help explain why personal checks take additional time before your order is processed.

DELIVERY:
We can only estimate delivery: For most customers please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery of most items. Note that some items may take longer due to the weight: In that situation please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for all areas. Please do NOT email us unless the maximum amount of time has passed and you have not received your order.

WARRANTY:
We believe that you will find your purchase from Bartender Art 4 Bars to be a wonderful addition to your bar, restaurant or as a gift to your favorite bartender!

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection, please return it within the first 30 days of purchase for a complete refund (less shipping and handling charges).

If you have a product that you would like to return, please call our customer service center at 1-908-766-6006.

To expedite your request, please have the following information ready:

Reason for return, and item description.
Order number (found on your invoice and email confirmation).
Date of purchase (from email confirmation).
Date you actually received shipment of the item.
